Tóm tắt Relative to the Qing Dynasty and historical research Nanjing National Government warm, historical research during the Beijing government is much deserted. For a long time, the revolution and warlords continue to rule these two clues collision is described as the main line of this history, "History of the Northern Warlords" became a generic term for this history. But such allegations, not only with the facts then differ, but also leads to all sorts of partial cover and limitations. In fact, the Beijing government period, just an important period for China s political, economic, cultural and social past and historical connotations complex and rich. It should break the limitations of the concept of the Northern Warlords, showing the history of Beijing during the whole process of government at all levels and as complete as possible and systematically, and traced Qing, dropping the national government and the history of New China, extending from the fact that outside contact, through vertical and horizontal, in order to be more nearly true and obtaining the clue, they are not to become Northern history Personalities, which could be dressed maidens.
Tóm tắt 相对于清季与南京国民政府时期历史研究的热络,北京政府时期的历史研究要冷清许多。长期以来,革命与军阀统治这两条线索的不断冲撞被描述为这段历史的主线,"北洋军阀史"遂成为这段历史的通称。但这样的指称,不仅与当时的实情有所出入,而且导致种种偏蔽和局限。其实,北京政府时期,恰是中国政治、经济、文化、社会承前启后的重要时期,历史内涵复杂而丰富。故应当打破北洋军阀观念的局限,尽可能完整系统地呈现北京政府时期历史的全过程和各层面,并且上溯前清,下探国民政府乃至新中国的历史,由事实联系延伸域外,纵横贯通,以求更加近真并得其头绪,北洋的历史才不至于成为言人人殊、可以任意打扮的婢女。
