In order to fulfill China’s informatization Proper Propulsion,the following items should be put on:pushing forward"China’ s broadband plan"to strengthen the basis of informatiztion;making out"narrowing Digital Divide"to build up fairly using environments of informatization;driving informatization to remould the traditional industries;developing the public platform of information service to provide the public reliable and security public information resources.
Tóm tắt 中国信息化发展机遇与挑战共存,推进中国信息化的措施包括:需要实施"宽带中国计划",夯实推进信息化步伐的基础;通过制定"缩小数字鸿沟计划",构建公平的信息利用环境;推动信息化改造传统产业,发展新型服务业,推动国民经济结构的调整进程,为国民经济的持续健康稳定发展服务;构建公共信息服务平台,实现信息惠民,为国民提供安全、可靠、有保障的公共信息源。
