Tóm tắt Rural women had the experience of highly participating in village governance,and the lack of political participation awareness and ability can’t be the basis of their marginalization in public areas.From the perspective of historical institutionalism,analyzing the history of rural women participating in the village governance on the basis of the rural woman’s perception as a participator and the perception of the leading part of system can offer us another explanation.The participation degree of rural women in village governance before the execution of Village Autonomy is controlled by the perception of both the rural women as a participator and the system construction part.
Tóm tắt 当下中国农村村庄治理结构中女性处于边缘状态,流行的解释是农村妇女素质低、自己没有参与的意愿。回溯前村民自治时代的中国农村妇女参与村庄治理的历程,这个解释可以被证伪。在民主主义革命与社会主义建设时期农村妇女曾经有过高度参与村庄治理的经历,共产党的革命让她们"感知"到妇女的"解放",农村妇女第一次拥有了政治身份,得到制度性的关注,具有社会成就感和自信心。那些缺乏政治经验、参与意识和能力的说辞,不能作为当今农村妇女公共领域被边缘化的依据。
