Tóm tắt The objective of a professional journal is to provide a platform for academic discussions,and now online academic platform is likely to take over the traditional one. Some Chinese university journals have organized themselves to initiate an online"professional series of university journals in China". The great progress this series of university journals has made in the last four years shows that the cooperation and collaboration between university journal departments has reached such a new height,that a new development model is entailed to break through the forthcoming bottleneck in the development. On the basis of this online "professional series of university journals in China",Chinese university journals should go farther with their cooperation and collaboration,to establish online academic platforms of a new kind,which is so user-friendly that it may well satisfy the need of Chinese academic communities
Tóm tắt 学术期刊的本质是一种学术交流平台,但并非其唯一形态。学术期刊从诞生至今只有350年的历史,而学术交流平台则由来已久,其形态随着传播媒介技术的发展而演变。在印刷媒介时代,学术期刊是学术交流平台的典型形态;而在互联网时代,在线学术平台将会取而代之。作为学术交流平台的守护者,学术编辑的核心价值在于构建和维护学术交流平台。学术编辑并非某一媒介技术的附庸,也不必与特定媒介形态共存亡。借助在线学术平台促进学术交流,更好地为学者服务,才是新时代学术编辑使命所系。在线学术平台将深刻影响知识生产机制,平台如何构建,事关学术编辑的命运和学术事业的前景。部分高校学术期刊自发创办的"中国高校系列专业期刊",尽管尚未完全跳出期刊思维的窠臼,但已具在线学术平台的雏形,在媒介技术和环境加速演变的今天,应更加紧密合作,以学者实际需求为出发点,尽快重新设计搭建充分尊重用户体验的新型在线学术平台。
