Tóm tắt As the development of economic globalization and international rule of law,the problem of control the behavior of multinational corporations has arose the attention of global society.Under new situation,in order to maintain international peace and security and promote international development which are both based on the United Nations Charter,the international rule of law has to define the rights and responsibilities of countries and international organizations,especially non-state actors such as multinational corporations in some areas.The new subject ofhow to regulate responsibilities of multinational corporations by international rule of law is significant in protecting common interests of human beings,maintaining international peace and security,establishing more equitable international orders and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of China.
Tóm tắt 随着经济全球化和国际法治的发展,控制跨国公司犯罪逐渐成为国际社会共同关注的新问题。在新的国际情势下,要维护以联合国宪章为基础的国际和平,要推进以联合国宪章为基础的国际发展,国际法不仅要规范国家和国际组织的权责,在某些领域,也要规范非国家行为体,包括跨国公司的权责。通过国际法规范跨国公司的责任,是国际法治发展中的新课题,是保护全人类的共同利益、维护国际和平与安全的需要,是建立更加公平的国际秩序的需要,也是有效维护我国合法权益和推进我国法治建设的需要。
