Tóm tắt This study about the use of Braille in China in 2011 is conducted by the National Study Center of Sign Language and Braille and supported by the Department for Education and Employment of China Disabled Person’s Federation,the Management Division of Application of Language and the Second Division of Elementary Education.The number of participants in the investigation is 2708,which includes 1808 blind students,530 teachers of special education and 370 blind adults.The results show that: 1) presently,the current Braille system plays a main role in blind groups and schools for the blind in China.Yet there are about 30% blind adults who still use Chinese double-phonic Braille system;2) the slate and stylus are widely used by Braille users for their writing;3) the Braille reading level of teachers in special education schools needs improvement;4) though there are multiple ways for teachers in special education schools to learn Braille,it is important to strengthen pre-service training and standardized learning;5) there are three problems in Braille,which are with pronunciation,link writing for words and the meaning of words;6) most blind students,teachers of special education and blind adults consider that it is necessary to establish a universal Braille system in China.
Tóm tắt 本研究对1808名盲生、530名特殊教育学校教师和370名社会上的成年盲人使用盲文的情况进行问卷调查。结果显示:我国现行盲文在盲人群体和盲校教学中仍占主要地位,同时,有近30%的成年盲人使用汉语双拼盲文;盲板、盲笔是盲文使用者主要的书写工具;特殊教育学校教师的盲文阅读水平有待提高;尽管特殊教育学校教师学习盲文的渠道多元化,但职前培训和规范化学习有待加强;我国盲文主要存在"读音""分词连写"和"词义"三大问题;绝大多数的盲生、特殊教育学校教师和成年盲人认为有必要并希望制定通用盲文.
