Tóm tắt Ronald Burt’s theory of structural holes provides a theoretical frame to analyze and deconstruct social capital and social network needed by China’s charities to survive and develop.The existence of structural holes centred around government makes charities to get resources through government,which forms the dependent relationship between charities and government.In a certain historical period,this kind of structural holes has positive effects on China’s charity.But it may be not beneficial to charity’s innovation and independence from a long-term perspective.In the presence of structural holes,China’s charities are in a dilemma of falling into or independence.
Tóm tắt 美国学者罗纳德·伯特的"结构洞"理论,为分析和解构中国慈善组织赖以生存和发展的社会资本和社会网络结构提供了理据。以政府为中心的"结构洞"的存在,使慈善组织所需的各种资源必须通过政府才能获得,形成了慈善组织对政府的依赖关系。在特定历史时期,这种"结构洞"的存在对中国慈善事业的发展是有积极意义的。但从长期来看,它的存在不利于慈善组织的创新和自主发展。在"结构洞"面前,中国慈善组织面临陷入或自主的两难.
