Tóm tắt The path selection to the construction of modern state dominates the real forms of the relationship between state and society,and the structure of the relationship between state and society predetermines the development direction of management system of social organizations.In short,the very fact of the several changes of the path selection to the construction of modern state led to the constant transformation of governance mechanism of social organizations.Could the policy maker realize the disadvantages of existing institutions and whether they are willing to make the appropriate changes for it,which are the key conditions to the supervision model of social organizations based on nationalism can accommodate the new round of social transformation.
Tóm tắt 现代国家构建的路径选择主导了国家—社会关系的现实形态,而国家与社会之间的关系架构又决定了社会组织管理体制的发展方向。正是中国的现代国家构建路径在半个多世纪中的数次变更,导致了中国社团监管体制的持续性转型。国家主义的社团监管模式能否适应社会的新一轮转型,关键在于相关制度的制定者是否意识到了现存监管体制的弊端以及能否为此做出适当的改变.
