Tóm tắt The establishment of modern vocational system is a strategic mission as well as the future direction for vocational education and training(VET)in China.Switzerland,as one of the most competitive and innovative countries resulting from its well-developed vocational education system,can provide experience.In Switzerland,under its centralized policy-making and decentralized implementation governance system,the provision of VET is a cooperative mission shouldered by confederation,the cantons and professional organizations.VET provides various opportunities and flexible pathways of secondary and tertiary vocational education as well as UAS.As a result,VET develops coordinately with industries and youth unemployment rate keeps a lower level.In addition,enterprises participating in VET benefit from modern apprenticeship.
Tóm tắt 建立现代职业教育体系是我国教育发展的战略性任务,也是当前职业教育发展的主攻方向之一。作为全球竞争力和创新力多年排名第一的国家,瑞士高度发达的职业教育体系被认为是其经济社会发展的秘诀。瑞士联邦和州政府以及行业组织统一决策、分层实施、紧密合作,为青年提供了中、高职教育和应用技术大学等多样化选择和灵活的学习路径,实现了职业教育与产业协调发展,降低了青年失业率;成功的"现代学徒制"还保证了企业职业教育投入的收支平衡。这对我国具有重要的借鉴意义.
