Tóm tắt 1920年代,日本殖民的台湾各地发生大规模农民运动,进而串联为全岛"台湾农民组合",造成殖民统治危机。本文基于台湾农民运动组织的酝酿、兴衰与遗绪,追索台湾传统基层政治社会的脉络性质。由产权自治性与动员性质视角,搭配前现代体制构建过程的不同形态,可看出晚清台湾传统社会自治秩序逐渐成形,在受日本殖民前大致已脱离无序的械斗耗损。汉人社会与契约的正式及非正式制度将各拥利益的群众融入自治秩序体系,成为日据时期农民运动的基础,也在特定情境展现中国传统基层社会内生的治理性质.
Tóm tắt In the 1920 s,large scale peasant movements emerged all over Taiwan island under then Japanese colonial ruling,these movements later became theUnion of Taiwanese Peasant",and caused a ruling crisis for the colonial government.This article tries to discover the context and properties of basic political society of Taiwan Chinese people through the process of organizational emergence and demise of Taiwanese peasant movements.From the perspective of self-governance and mobilization properties of property rights,alongside with the different morphologies of regime building of premodern polity institutions,this article points out that during the late Qing Dynasty,the self-governance in traditional Chinese society in Taiwan gradually formed,before the Japanese colonization.The formal and informal institutions of Chinese society and contract had integrated different interest groups into this self-governance system,thus became the foundations of peasant movements.It also exhibits the inherent ruling properties of traditional Chinese local society under certain condition.
