Tóm tắt 中国语言资源保护工程有三大定位:国家工程、社会化、科学性。该定位的依据是党和政府有关政策和指示,以及我国语言资源现状和保护需求。工程的主要目标是建成大规模、可持续增长的多媒体语言资源库,全面提升我国语言资源保护和利用的水平。主要任务包括中国语言资源的调查汇聚、建库保存、保护研究、开发应用等方面。工程的重点是通过田野调查、在线采录和文献典藏实现大规模语言资源汇聚,最大特色在于社会化的理念和工作模式。
