Tóm tắt This paper summarizes eight features of the new normal state of globalization of the Chinese language,such as the responsibilities of countries,the upward trend of development,the service-oriented mechanism and the market-based mechanism.The paper also discusses the development of globalization of the Chinese language under the new normal in six areas,covering thelong-range goals, the priority strategies of developing countries, the responsibilities of countries and the seeking of academic supports.
