Tóm tắt It is imperative that the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics be one that guides both the economic reform and the development of economic theory in China with renewed theories.To reveal the economic law in the changes of productivity and production relations,political economics concerns not only the new normal of economic operation,but also the study,in the perspective of basic economic relations,of the changes in social rights and interests,brought into reality by deepening the reform under the new normal.Political economics is an open and developing system,and it is a must for Marxism to be more open in its competing with other economic disciplines in this century,so as to keep on its long-enduring vitality and creativity,and to maintain its guidance and explanatory power in the economic construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
Tóm tắt 政治经济学要成为指导中国经济改革和发展的理论经济学,要根据中国经济改革发展的需要不断创新发展,重构中国特色社会主义政治经济学的理论体系。政治经济学不仅要研究新常态的经济运行特征和问题,更重要的是要从基本经济关系层面上研究新常态下全面深化改革带来的社会权利、利益关系的变化,揭示生产力和生产关系变化的经济规律。政治经济学是一个开放和不断发展的体系,马克思主义政治经济学要继续保持它长久的生命力和创造力,在中国特色社会主义经济建设中保持它的指导力和解释力,就必须以更加开放的态度参与21世纪经济学学科之间的竞争。
