Tóm tắt Based on the differences between English and Chinese languages and cultures, an analysis is made on the methods for localizing borrowed words in a language, an emphasis is rendered on the transliteration of the expressions with Chinese characteristics by using homophone to represent sense, and the mechanism and causes of them are explored so as to well publicize Chinese culture and protect its subjectivity and universality.
Tóm tắt 文章在阐述了英汉两种语言与文化差异的基础上,分析了语言中借词本土化的方式,指出了具有民族性特征的中国文化特色词语翻译应侧重以音代义的音译法,并阐释了其音译的机制和动因,从而据此可以更好地传播中华文化,保护中国文化的主体性和普遍性。
