Observation and Introspection of Rural Governance in Recent Ten Years

Tóm tắt The rural society of China has seen a great improvement in rural landscape, people’s living standards and other prosperity appearance m recent years, but also faces a more serious "governance crisis". The new crisis under the prosperity appearance is not only the crisis of governance technology and governance institution, but also the crisis of rural ecology, civilization and culture, a worsening comprehensive crisis “compound crisis”. The multiple crises reflected on different levels are intertwined and interacted, forming a cycle of reciprocal causation. The crises reflect not only universal problems commonly seen in rural modernization process, but also special ones unique in contemporary Chinese mainland society, that is the characteristic "Chinese problems". Deep reform and perfection of rural governance system is needed to solve these problems
Tóm tắt 近年来乡村社会虽已出现乡村面貌改善、民众生活水平显著提高等繁荣景象,但也潜藏着某些治理危机.这种乡村繁荣表象下的危机,不仅是治理技术与治理体制的危机,更是乡村生态、文明与文化的危机,呈现出“复合性危机”趋势.这些在不同层面所体现的多重危机已相互交织、相互影响,形成互为因果的循环.这种危机所反映出来的,既有现代化进程中乡村常见的普遍性问题,更有当下中国乡村社会的特殊性问题,即当下国内所特有的“中国式问题”.这些问题的解决,需要乡村治理体制的深入改革与完善
