Tóm tắt 关于中国村级腐败的研究较多,而从腐败治理的角度进行探讨则明显不足.改革开放以来,中国村级腐败治理主要经过了三个阶段:以宣传引导限制腐败、靠制度建设约束腐败、用治理机制管控腐败.治理机制应以村民为本位,它对于克服村级腐败具有重要作用,这表现在预警、预防、监督、罢免等各个方面.未来的中国村级腐败治理机制应把均衡发展作为未来乡村腐败治理的新增长点;制度优化是乡村腐败治理的内动力;人的现代化又是优化乡村腐败治理机制的灵魂
Tóm tắt Chinese village-level Corruption has been mostly studied, while discussions from the angle of corruption governance ate obviously insufficient. Since the reform and opening up of Chinese village- level corruption governance in China has experienced three main stages: to limit corruption by way of publicity) to constrain corruption by way of system construction,and to control corruption by way of governance mechanism. As an open structural system, the villager oriented governance mechanism plays an important role in conquering village-leve corruption, which is refflected in the aspects of early warning, precaution, supervision, and recall). However the future construction of the governance mechanism of Chinese village-level corruption should take balanced development as its new growth point with the optimization of the system as its inner impetus, especially, the modernization of human is the soul of the optimisation of the system
