Tóm tắt From 1960s to 1970s, the cooperative novels showed the process of the Cooperative M -cement in China, and, meanwhile described the mental outlook of different social classes in rural areas. Among them, the description of rich peasant image must draw our attention b cause it is the most important negative image in the cooperative novels. So, to systematic estigate rich peasant image of the cooperative novels from 1960s to 1970s will have an important significance, by exploring the cause and effect and the policy basis of moulding rich peasant image, revealing the reasons of the popular description of rich peasant image in the cooperative novels, analyzing the characteristics of rich peasant image, considering the complex relationship among the writer, the social background and the social ideology, and discussing the gain and loss of moulding rich peasant image, etc
