Tóm tắt Providing a new outlook and model for development, the rise of orient countries has been the most influential event in the 20th century. Those countries have undergone profound transformation in politics, economy, military affairs, technology, culture and thought realms, which pose both effects on the present and the future and brighten the human society development as a whole. The resurgence of orient countries is not a simple repetition of history at all;the region, long been thought as “stagnant” and “autocratic;’ , is going through a grand change of no match in history, leading the world into a brand new era when nations are jointly shaping civilization, to which the analytic patterns of cyclical theory or linear theory will never apply
