Tóm tắt 基于对全国6所部属师范大学和30所地方院校的调查,部属师范大学免费师范生和地方院校师范类学生愿意去农村中小学任教的不多,愿意长期呆在农村中小学任教的更少.但给予一定的优惠政策,地方院校师范类优秀毕业生愿意去农村偏远学校任教,其中参加“3+2”形式的专科教育的定向师范生乐意去农村初小和教学点任教.在调查的基础上,结合农村中小学对师范生的需求实际,本文提出师范生免费教育政策的调整建议:部属师范大学实施的师范生免费教育政策应该进行灵活调整,师范生免费教育政策类型应实行多样化,为农村偏远初中定向招聘地方院校师范类毕业生,为农村初小和教学点定向免费培养“3+2”形式的师范生
