Tóm tắt 中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,这一重要判断具有重大历史意义,必将对世界产生巨大而深远的影响,对华文教育和汉语国际教育也具有重大意义和深远影响。新时代为华文教育及汉语国际教育创造了新的无限机遇和广阔天地,也为华文教育和汉语国际教育在新时代的新发展提出了新要求、新任务、新目标。因此,探讨新时代下世界华文教育和汉语国际教育"发展理念"就成了摆在我们面前的重大现实课题。本文以党的十九大精神为指引,结合世界华文教育发展实际,提出了新时代世界华文教育发展"十大理念",即新时代、全球化、大华文教育、融入主流、多元驱动、民间力量、转型升级、华文教育+、产教融合、华教安全,以推动新时代世界华文教育大发展。
Tóm tắt The Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has entered a new era.This is an important judgment of great historical significance and will have a far-reaching impact on the world.It is also of great importance and influence to Chinese education and international Chinese language education.The new era has created new opportunities and vast fields for Chinese education and international Chinese language education.Meanwhile,there are also new requirements,new tasks and new goals for the development of Chinese education and international Chinese language education in the new era.Therefore,to explore the development concept of Chinese education in the world and international Chinese language education in the new era has become a major practical project for the Chinese education circle.Guided by the 19 th National Congress of CPC,and combined with the actual development of Chinese education in the world,this paper proposes and elaborates ten ideas of world Chinese education,namely,the new era,globalization,pan-Chinese education,entering the mainstream,multivariate drive,folk strength,transformation and upgrading,Chinese education plus,integration of production and education,and safety of Chinese education,with a view to promoting the development of Chinese education in the new era
