Tóm tắt With the Chinese emotional culture system as its main resource and traditional Chinese short stories such as Stories to Caution the World and their English versions as data, this study draws on metaphtonymy from cognitive linguistics to examine the linguistic expression of human emotions, with a view to exploring into the Chinese nation’s philosophical thinking and historical-cultural ingredients knitted into these stories. It meanwhile delves into the transmission processes and effects. In addition, Chinese and Western styles of emotion transmission are compared and con¬trasted and their cognitive, ethnic and cultural motives discussed.
Tóm tắt 本研究以中华民族的情感文化体系为主体,以《警世通言》等古代短篇小说及中外译者的英译本为语料,借助认知语言学的隐转喻机制,从情感的具体语言表达入手,探究其内部蕴含的民族哲学思想及历史文化因子,并对其传译过程和传译效果进行细致探讨,同时对比分析中式传情与西式传情的异同及其认知、民族文化思想动因。
