Tóm tắt The past decade saw rapid development in Spanish language education in China,while a prerequisite for its healthy growth is the availability of qualified teachers.This paper reports a comprehensive survey on the current status of Spanish language teachers in the whole country.After a careful analysis of the existing problems,the authors put forward some solutions,and reported them to the Ministry of Education and local education administrations,in the hope of getting their help and support to promote a healthy advancement in this field.
Tóm tắt 本世纪以来,我国西班牙语教育规模快速发展。西语教育健康发展的前提是拥有一支高质量、高素质的师资队伍。本文对全国西语师资状况进行了全面、客观的调查,分析存在的问题,提出相应对策和建议,包括加强宏观调控、设立准入门槛、分类指导、主管部门支持等。
