Tóm tắt This paper proposes a composite criterion for term translation by taking into serious consideration this specialized genre’s systematic property.Supported by findings from a comparative study of established Chinese terms of linguistics and their English counterparts,the author suggests that a law of "systematic economy" be established as an overriding principle in the translation of technical terms.
Tóm tắt 本文从术语翻译的系统特征出发,初步探讨术语翻译的系统复合标准及其构成,并结合对国家名词委最新发布的《语言学名词》中相关数据的统计分析,尝试提出术语翻译的系统经济律,以期对提升术语系统整体的翻译质量有所裨益。
