Tóm tắt Cette étude examine l’agencement des chaînes de référence dans des textes juridiques médiévaux du 13e siècle, les textes de l’Anglo-Norman Year Books Corpus. Après une présentation des spécificités du corpus tant sur le plan linguistique que textuel et une modélisation des différentes chaînes attestées (chaînes de référents humains ou non-humains), l’étude examine le fonctionnement de chaque catégorie. Une attention particulière est apportée à la distance inter-maillonnaire et au type de maillon manifeste à l’entrecroisement des chaînes. Ainsi, parallèlement à l’étude référentielle, sont signalés des phénomènes linguistiques spécifiques à l’anglo-normand. L’objectif de l’étude est de montrer que la composition des chaînes joue un rôle important dans la caractérisation des textes du domaine juridique ; elle cherche à évaluer l’impact des chaînes dans l’élaboration de l’écriture juridique, aussi bien médiévale que moderne.
Tóm tắt This article describes the organization of reference chains in law texts from the 13th century period – texts included in The Anglo-Norman Year Books Corpus. After a corpus presentation from both referential and linguistic point of view, after a modeling of the different chains attested (human and non-human chains), the paper examines each word class and pays specific attention to the distance between coreferential items and the type of item appearing in the crossings of the chains. Thus, the referential study is provided with a linguistic description, especially for the anglo-norman phenomena. The purpose of the study is to show that the specific composition of the chains plays an important role while identifying the law texts and wants to determine the influence of the chains in the creation and development of the law style, medieval as well as modern one.
