Tóm tắt This paper first looks into the way Chinese scholars have been addressing central issues in the theorization of translation, such as how translation should be redefined and what functions theorizing should be counted on to perform. The authors then propose a new framework within which to explain the developmental phases of translation theories. Suggestions are also offered for remedying existing problems and stimulating theoretical innovation in China’s translation studies.
Tóm tắt 本文围绕翻译理论研究的核心议题展开讨论,对翻译的定义作了重新思考,对翻译理论的内涵与功能作了阐释,提出翻译理论的发展具有阶段性的特征,并基于对翻译理论研究现状的分析,指出当前翻译理论研究存在的问题,提出笔者对翻译理论创新问题的认识和思考,以期对当前译学理论建设和翻译学学科建设提供参考和借鉴。
