Tóm tắt This paper focuses on presenting the survey results, which initially verifies a number of impacts that gender factor is demonstrated in the process of using modern Chinese interjection in comparision with Vietnamese, namely: 1. The higher frequency of men s using interjections than women s; 2. The higher frequency of women s using emotional interjections than men s. 3. The higher frequency of men s using expressive interjection tham women s. 4. The significantly higher frequency of men s using interjections to express anger in comparison with that of women s. 5. The higher frequency of women s using interjection to denote sadness or scare compared with men s.
