Tóm tắt At the press conference on 3rd session of 12 th CPPCC National Committee, the foreign affairs interpreter interpreted the Chinese word"renxing"from the improvisational speech of the spokesman into the English word"capricious", which draws enormous attention from the entire society. The academic circle has various views.In this paper the researcher initially explores the essential criterion of foreign affairs translation based on Chinese corpus, English corpus, translation criterion, foreign affairs translation requirement and interpreters’ professional qualification.
Tóm tắt 在今年全国政协十二届三次会议新闻发布会上,外事译员将发言人即兴演讲中脱口而出的词语"任性"现场翻译成"capricious",引发了社会各界的广泛关注和众多争议。文章研究者以汉语语料库和英语语料库为依托,以中外翻译学者对翻译等效理论的研究成果为准绳,结合翻译标准、外事翻译要求、译员职业素质等方面探索外事翻译等效基本范式。
