在华跨国公司内部语言状况调查 = : A Survey on the Language Situation of Transnational Corporations in China

Tóm tắt This paper demonstrates the language use and the attitude within Transnational Corporations(TNCs) in China.The results show that diversity and complexity feature in the language situation of TNCs.Most TNCs use both English and Chinese,with the preference to one of them.This paper further explores that English dominates the oral context,and the use of Chinese is context-oriented.Moreover,foreign staffs speak Chinese in various occasions,some of which are highly–concentrated.Apart from the aforementioned findings,this study argues that the identity of Chinese proficiency among foreign employees is not so high.
Tóm tắt 本文重点考察在华跨国公司内部的语言使用情况及其语言使用态度。调查结果显示,在华跨国公司内部语言状况具有多样性、复杂性的特点。在文本语境中,大部分跨国公司采取英语和汉语双语并用且有所侧重的模式。在交际语境中英语处于强势地位,而汉语的使用呈现出明显的语境相关性。外籍员工说汉语的场合分布非常广泛,且高频场合有所侧重。此外我们也发现,外籍员工对汉语能力的认同度不是很高.
