Tóm tắt Digital technology in the form of IT and Internet has brought about revolutionary changes to Chinas cultural industries.The change is also taking place along the value chain of cultural industries.This study analyzes the relationship between technology innovation and cultural industries value chain under the new situation of the demands and characteristics of the cultural industries development.The study in the paper provides Chinas upgrading path to the high-end of global cultural industries value chain through the exploration of the mechanism by which technology innovation helps upgrade the value chain of cultural industries.
Tóm tắt 现代科技迅猛发展,以信息技术、互联网为代表的数字技术给中国文化产业带来了革命性变化,文化产业的价值链正在改变。本文首先分析了科技创新与文化产业链的关系,认为科技创新决定着产业链的深度和高度。其次探讨了科技创新促进文化产业价值链提升的机理,指出科技创新能够促进文化产业向价值链高端跃升的前提是必须合理利用和配置资源,主要包括政策环境资源、生产要素资源和市场要素资源等。最后探讨了推动我国文化产业向全球价值链高端跃升的路径:优化科技创新政策环境;促进先进生产要素合理配置;推动文化科技与金融深度融合;培育新兴文化业态;构建新媒体环境下文化产品和要素市场.
