Tóm tắt Social communication determines social form and political model.The establishment of modern state is based on modern society. Modern society is the comprehensive communication society which relies on the communication among all-level subjects to run.The internal principle of social operation is enjoying power(right)and bearing responsibility.The good operation of modern society depends on the appropriate giving of power(right)and responsibility to action subjects and the equality between power(right)and responsibility,whereas the appropriate giving of power(right)and the responsibility and the equality between power(right)and responsibility relies on the rule of law.Based on this,in the process of modernization,China must and is bound to become a qualified country under the rule of law.
Tóm tắt 社会交往决定社会形态和政治模式。现代国家建立在现代社会基础之上,现代社会是全面交往化的社会,是依靠各级主体的交往活动来运转的社会,其内在的社会运行法则是享有权力(利)和承担责任。现代社会的良序运行依赖于行为主体权力(利)责任的恰当赋予和一致平等,而权力(利)责任的恰当赋予和一致平等依赖于法治。基于此,中国在现代化进程中必须成为法治国家.
