Tóm tắt Ever since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),there have appeared brand-new and yet more profound issues of the development of economic reform,requiring a new solution under the new circumstances.When mixed ownership economy has become the basic form of the economy,the challenge is how to keep the public ownership economy ongoing.When resource allocation is now decided by the market,an evident question turns to be what a better role in the process the government should take on.It is the principle of distribution on the basis of labor that must be kept ongoing when all factors of production participate in the distribution of income according to their contribution and their supply and demand,but how?
Tóm tắt 十八大以来,经济改革和发展的深入不断提出新的深层次问题,这些问题有些是需要依据新情况新问题作出回答的。其中包括:在基本经济制度方面,混合所有制成为基本经济制度的基本实现形式,在这种实现形式中,如何坚持公有制为主体?在经济运行方面,市场对资源配置起决定性作用,政府如何更好发挥作用?在收入分配制度方面各种要素按贡献和供求参与收入分配,如何实现按劳分配为主体?在发展生产力方面,如何把解放生产力和发展生产力结合起来?在拉动经济增长方面,如何在需求侧和供给侧共同发力。这些问题的理论说明体现中国特色社会主义政治经济学的新进展。
