Tóm tắt Value pluralism which is Isaiah Berlin’s one of the important contribution to contemporary political philosophy emphasizes that the value of political is pluralism, not monism, theory of value monism is a yardstick to measure all human values. Value Pluralism believes that all human values, can not be measured with a yardstick. However, there is one problem that whether or not the proposed value of pluralism can compatible with the negative concept of freedom. If we take the negative freedom as a supreme value, which has tension with the value of pluralism, if we take the negative freedom only as a fundamental value of a modern society, then, which can be consisted with it
