Tóm tắt Based on appraisal systems,this study collects appraisal markers from corporate risk discourse corpus to investigate correlations between appraisal markers and CEOs’ risk perceptions with structural equation modeling(SEM).The study has the following findings:there are 6types of appraisal markers,namely affect markers,appreciation markers,judgment markers,disclaim markers,proclaim markers and expansion markers in corporate risk discourse.These appraisal markers reflect CEOs’ risk perceptions to a great extent.The study has proved that structural equation modeling is an effective method to examine the correlations between discourse indicators and a particular social or economic phenomenon,thus could be adopted in future business discourse research.
Tóm tắt 本研究以功能语言学评价系统为理论框架,以企业风险话语为语料,采用语料库方法提取CEO使用的评价标记语,建立结构方程模型,考察不同类别的评价标记语是否能够反映企业CEO的风险认知。结果发现:企业风险话语中出现6类评价标记语(情感标记语、判别标记语、鉴赏标记语、扩展标记语、公告标记语和否认标记语),CEO使用这些评价标记语表达对风险可怕性、风险可能性、风险可控性和风险可见性的认知。6类评价标记语全部进入模型,能够在很大程度上反映CEO风险认知,从而证明结构方程模型是考察话语指标与某一社会、经济现象(问题)之间因果关系的有效方法,可以应用到未来商务话语研究中。
