Tóm tắt A Proposal for Promoting the Establishment of Schools written by Mr.Li Duanfen in1896 was an influential historical document in Wuxu Reform Movement.It embodied the author’s observation of the current affairs and political situations as well as his patriotism.His education idea found expression in the establishment of libraries,the comprehensive education system composed of the county-level,the provincial and the national administration,the efficient approaches to the education funds and the choice of excellent teachers.He believed that the successful implementation of these strategies would help accomplish the mission of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
